SMETS is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your SMETS account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and then inside the SMETS shipping box, ensuring the return form is included and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Arrange a complimentary collection with our designated courier or drop off your package at the nearest authorized service point to complete the process.
